Young actor Willie Wonder drives 13 coeds to a festival in Red Eye, the illegal weed capital of Texas.  They're attacked by the ruthless Gunter clan and Willie survives gunshots to his head only because of his wonderfully thick lustrous hair.
But he loses his memory and befriends the giant masked killer Pokerface who wields the deadly spinning WeedHacker.
